Annual Meeting materials are available electronically. If you want to receive a paper or email copy of the materials, complete a Proxy Materials Request for Publix Annual Meeting of Stockholders form. Mail the completed form on or before April 2, 2026 to Publix stockholder services at P. O. Box 32040, Lakeland, FL 33802-2040.

Voting process for Control Number beginning with 551 or 552

Complete the 2026 ESOP Voting Instructions Card using the Control Number beginning with 551 or 552 on the front of your 2026 ESOP Notice Regarding the Availability of Proxy Materials. Notices were distributed on March 5, 2026, through a PASSport message to ESOP participants who work for Publix or mailed on March 5, 2026, to ESOP participants who do not work for Publix. If you lost the Notice Regarding Availability of Proxy Materials with your Control Number, please check your PASSport messages or contact Publix stockholder services.

Mail the completed 2026 ESOP Voting Instructions Card to Publix stockholder services at P. O. Box 32040, Lakeland, FL 33802-2040. Publix stockholder services must receive the card by 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on April 13, 2026, to be accepted.

If you did not receive a Notice Regarding Availability of Proxy Materials, your Annual Meeting materials, including a 2026 ESOP Voting Instructions Card, were mailed to the address of record for your ESOP account.

Stockholders with a Control Number beginning with 463

You need to complete the 2026 Proxy Card for stock. You cannot use the ESOP Voting Instructions Card above and cross out the 55 on the line where you enter your Control Number. See the Stock proxy materials and voting instructions.
